Context and objective
Go Baja Villas manages holiday rental villas in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, with a presence on platforms such as Booking and Airbnb. The project needed to centralise its operations, reduce the complexity of day-to-day management and strengthen its direct booking channel.
The objective was to organise the digital ecosystem, automate processes, and professionalise the guest experience from the first contact to after the stay.
Implementation of the booking engine
Lodgify was implemented as the central management software, integrating the main OTAs and the client’s own booking system. Automatic calendar and availability synchronisation allowed all information related to villa rentals to be consolidated into a single dashboard, optimising rates, seasons and bookings in real time.
In addition to technical integration, email templates for the booking process were configured across the various channels: confirmations, pre-arrival information, answers to frequently asked questions, and post-stay communications aimed at building loyalty. This made it possible to automate communication, maintain brand consistency, and improve the guest experience without increasing the operational burden.
Content optimisation and presentation
The information about the villas was reviewed and rewritten to make it clearer, more appealing, and more conversion-oriented, incorporating strategic terms related to holiday rentals in La Paz and villas in Baja California Sur.
The photographic material was also updated to improve the perception of quality and visual consistency on both OTAs and the direct channel.
Result
The project transitioned from fragmented management to a centralised, efficient, and scalable digital ecosystem. The implementation of the booking engine, the automation of email communication, and the optimisation of content improved the guest experience, reduced operational errors, and strengthened the business’s online positioning.
