Context

Muvon is an electric carsharing service born in Mallorca with the mission of offering a sustainable, practical, and collaborative alternative to urban mobility. Its proposal is based on a fleet of 100% electric vehicles available by minutes, hours, or days, and on a model that encourages the responsible use of shared cars instead of individual ownership.

Belay worked hand in hand with Muvon from its initial phase, creating a comprehensive communication strategy that helped position the brand as a benchmark in sustainable mobility in the Balearic Islands.

The project’s approach combined branding, communication, and digital marketing with a growth strategy oriented to the local community.

The central idea was to show that another way of getting around the city is possible, through a close, positive narrative aligned with the values of sustainability, innovation, and efficiency.

Branding and corporate identity

A visual identity was designed to reflect the essence of the brand: technology, sustainability, and closeness. The color palette, the communicative tone, and the graphic elements were designed to convey movement and clean energy.

Digital strategy and web development

A dynamic and functional website was developed, conceived as the main channel of communication and education about the service. Its objective was to explain clearly and attractively how electric carsharing works, highlighting its environmental benefits and its contribution to sustainable urban mobility.

The website was designed with an informative and experiential approach, integrating guides, frequently asked questions, and visual content to accompany the user in their first contact with the brand.

In addition, Belay carried out the integral management of the Muvon app, including the writing and optimization of the texts for the stores (App Store and Google Play), ASO (App Store Optimization) positioning, and the creation of educational content that complements the digital communication of the project. This coordination between the website and the application allowed us to build a coherent and fluid experience between both channels, reinforcing brand recognition.

SEO and organic positioning

From Belay, we worked on a comprehensive SEO strategy oriented to both organic positioning and local SEO, with the aim of increasing Muvon’s visibility in searches related to electric mobility, sustainability, and shared transport in Mallorca.

The optimization was approached from several fronts: the structure of the website, the contents, and the domain authority. A complete review of meta titles, headers, and descriptions was carried out, the URLs were adjusted to a cleaner and more semantic format, and the most relevant keywords in the sector were reinforced (“electric carsharing”, “sustainable mobility Mallorca”, “electric car rental by the hour”, among others).

Local SEO strategies were also implemented, optimizing the Google My Business listing and the consistency of NAP data (name, address, and phone number) in relevant directories and platforms. This work allowed the brand to stand out in searches by nearby users or those interested in sustainable transport alternatives on the island.

In terms of content, articles and guides were created that reinforced the thematic authority of the site, contributing to improving the time spent on the site and user interaction. The result was a constant growth in organic traffic and a better conversion rate from local and brand searches.

Communication and content

From Belay, we managed communication with media, the creation of exclusive content for the blog and social networks (local guides, musical playlists, articles on sustainability and responsible lifestyle), and informative campaigns on the advantages of carsharing.

An email marketing and CRM plan was implemented, segmenting users and automating personalized mailings according to usage habits, integrating the app’s actions through webhooks.

Advertising and collaborations

Online and offline advertising campaigns were designed and implemented, reinforcing Muvon’s presence in local media, online channels, and urban spaces.

In addition, collaborations with events and companies in the sustainable and technological field were promoted, generating visibility and strategic alliances.

Integration with Whatsapp Business

WhatsApp Business was integrated as a direct channel for support and with the proprietary CRM, streamlining communication with users and improving the post-service experience.

Monitoring and analytics

A customized dashboard was developed for monitoring key indicators and making decisions in real time.

This panel integrated data from different sources—website, app, social networks, and advertising campaigns—offering a complete view of the project’s digital performance.

Thanks to this tool, the Muvon team was able to analyze user behavior, the impact of marketing actions, and the evolution of reservations, thus optimizing their communication and customer acquisition strategies.

The dashboard became an essential control point for the management and continuous measurement of the brand’s growth.

Results

The joint work allowed us to consolidate Muvon as the main electric carsharing platform in Mallorca, combining coherent, modern, and user-oriented communication.

The growth of its community was accompanied by greater brand awareness and a strong association with the values of sustainability, technology, and local commitment.

The project demonstrated how a well-defined strategy and an authentic narrative can drive the adoption of sustainable solutions and transform urban mobility from the digital realm.
