Context
Las Qolqas is a luxury ecolodge located in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, in Ollantaytambo. Its offering combines comfort and sustainability, with architecture inspired by nature and a philosophy centered on regenerative tourism.
The goal of the project was to update its digital presence to reflect its essence: a modern, conscious lodging deeply connected with the Andean environment.
Strategy
From Belay we approached the project with an integrated vision: improve the user experience, strengthen organic positioning and convey the authenticity of the place through design and content.
The new website needed to inspire trust, emotion and visual coherence with the ecolodge’s identity.

Actions carried out
Visual redesign and UX/UI
We completely renewed the website’s aesthetics and structure, opting for a modern, clean and natural design that reflects the serenity and authenticity of the ecolodge. The new navigation is more intuitive and consistent with the visual identity of the project, offering a smooth and harmonious experience for the user.
SEO and content optimization
We developed an SEO strategy focused on sustainable and nature-based tourism, tailoring keywords, meta titles and descriptions to attract a more conscious audience aligned with the values of Las Qolqas. In addition, we updated images and content to improve visibility, loading speed and message coherence.
Creation of new sections
We expanded the sections on accommodation, experiences and sustainable gastronomy, reinforcing the ecolodge’s narrative and highlighting its connection with the environment, local culture and zero-kilometer organic cuisine.





Results
The redesign and the new SEO strategy consolidated the online presence of Las Qolqas, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and improving navigation, conversion and organic search positioning.
The result is a website that connects design elegance with an ecological purpose, conveying an authentic experience aligned with the place’s values.
